How do I place an order

We have tried to make our site as user friendly as we can. To order an item from us, first select the size and colour of the item, choose the quantity and select "Add to cart", you can continue browsing our site or choose "Checkout" from the Cart button found at the top of the page to proceed to pay for the item.

We will send you a confirmation email when your payment has been accepted, you can also check the status of your order by logging into your account from the top of your screen.

We offer same day dispatch providing your item is ordered before 1400GMT, if you order after this time, we will still try to dispatch your order that day but if not it will be sent out the next working day. You will also be sent another email saying that the item has been dispatched from us, if available we will also attach a tracking number to this email.

How do I manage my orders

You are able to view and manage your recent Est Casual orders by going to your account, this will show a list of your recent orders, clicking on an order will provide you with further details about the order.

How can I track a recent order

Please use our track an order page to find out where your current parcel is, you will need your tracking number to do this, if you don't have or can't find your tracking number you can alternatively contact us directly and we will be happy to help you.

Can I cancel an order I've already placed

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you have the right to cancel an online order up to 14 days starting at the point in which you receive your goods. If you do wish to cancel an order with us you must either write to us or phone us.

If you decide to cancel your order after the item(s) have already been dispatched then you must first return the goods to us before we can offer you your refund.
